Opportunity Knocking

The economy stinks.

Recent reports indicated that unemployment rose in 81 of North Carolina’s 100 counties in November.  77% of Americans just saw their taxes go up.  A ton of folks took to social media in the last week to complain about the withholding in their paychecks going up.  Americans have suffered layoffs, unemployment, and underemployment.  Staggering numbers of recent college graduates cannot find work in their chosen fields.  It’s getting harder and harder to eke out a living in these here United States.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work – Thomas Edison

If you or someone you know is out of work, looking for part-time income, or a way to earn extra income or work from home, I strongly consider you to consider starting your own business as a Thirty-One Gifts consultant.

As with all businesses, what you get out of it depends on what you put into it, but I can attest that if you work at it diligently, the rewards are huge, and anyone can do it.  You can set your own hours.  You sell a fun and useful product.  You have a home office that is extremely supportive of its consultants.  You get to meet new people and make new friends.  You can earn great incentives (Emily is working on earning us a trip to the Dominican Republic.  She’s already taken us to Cancun and Disney World).  Before you know it, you can be the head of your own small business.
